Your starting point for lovely hiking tours!

Goldegg is the ideal starting point for hiking tours - for young and old. The sunterrace offers a sunny environment and enjoyment for everyone!

Our house is at the "sun terrace" of the Pongau in Salzburg country quietly located near the forrest, where nature is yet "IN". Here you can free your soul. It is the ideal location for the start of the happiest time in the year, your vacation. Only a few minutes drive by car to Schloß Goldegg, golf course and the lakes Goldeggersee and Böndlsee.

Schloss Goldegg:
features a paint academy and a homeland museum. It is also an ideal accomodation for seminars.

Golf:
Within a radius of 60 minutes car drive you'll reach 10 golf courses. 

Excursions ideas:
"Ice giant world" Werfen, Castle Hohenwerfen, Großglockner Hochalpenstrasse, Krimmler waterfalls, Liechtensteinklamm, the health resort in Bad Gastein, not to forget the city of Salzburg with its summer festival, numerous museums and other cultural events. We fulfill all your needs in this region, whether it is sport, culture or relaxation.

In winter, there is a free shuttlebus to the ski lifts at Buchberg and the sports world Amade. Also only a couple of minutes away is the starting point of the lovely cross country ski tracks in the region.

Free shuttle-ski-bus! The central starting point for skiworld Amadé: 860 km tracks with 270 ski lifts! Boundless ski pleasures with only one ticket (cabins and chair lifts)!

Snowshoe-hiking:
Explore the Salzburg sun terrace with snow-shoes. Guided hiking-tours are on offer. Snow shoes can be hired in the place.

Horse sled trips:
Glide through the snow with a horse sled, warm up with a "Schnapserl" and enjoy the beautiful landscape.

Curling:
Game, fun and friendly get-together is the motto.

The best way to reach us is the freeway A 10 Salzburg-Spittal. Take the EXIT Bischofshofen on the B 311 until Schwarzach and further on to Goldegg-Weng.

As soon as you come to Goldegg-Weng, take the first turn to the right and then immediately to the left over the little bridge.
