…is located just outside the city of Salzburg only 6 km from the centre of the Old Town. It is close to the road to the Gaisberg, one of the mountains close to town.

Arrival by Car:
Since our house is located in a quiet neighbourhood, there is no parking problem. There is a bus connection to town and to the train station every hour. The bus stop is 5-10 minutes (on foot) away.
Location We are situated close to the main road which leads to the Salzkammergut, a region of beautiful lakes, mountains and forests. The lakes are clean; the mountains have many well-marked hiking paths, and, in winter, ski areas are not far away. A cross-country ski trail is about ten minutes away.
We offer… ... a fine 70m² apartment complete with a small terrace. Our garden is, of course, also available to you for time to relax and enjoy peace and quiet. Comfortable lounge chairs and romantic corners are waiting for you!
